UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL SALES:
- Any and all claims of any kind must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Any claim after that time will not be allowed.
- No returns unless authorized with a return authorization release number. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only upon receipt of goods at Allied Glove.
- All sales are made on the following conditions: While our products are designed to protect, all such protection is limited. Therefore, no Warranty or Guarantee, either expressed or implied is made. Purchaser accepts full responsibility for use and/or resale of these products. The sole responsibility of the Allied Glove Corporation is limited to the refund of the purchase price, provided any defective merchandise is returned within 15 days after receipt.
- It is assumed that all persons authorized to use these products are aware of any danger of exposure and usage, and these products are sold with the understanding that the Allied Glove Corporation, its agents and representatives, have no responsibility for injury or damage which may result.
- The buyer agrees to pay any and all sales, excise, or similar tax that may hereafter be levied by the U.S. Government, or any tax now or hereafter levied by any State or local Government, which seller may be required to pay by reason of this sale.
- We certify that merchandise of U.S. Origin listed in this invoice has been produced in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended.
- If the prices and terms are not agreed, notify us at once. Claims made at maturity will not be allowed.
- Our responsibility ceases when goods are delivered to the transport company. All claims for losses in transit should be filed with the carrier.
- It is the full responsibility of the purchaser to notify the ultimate user of the relevant conditions of sale and use of these products.
- All costs incurred for collection will be charged to the customer.
